For most Thriller/Horror films the certificate usually at the lowest of 15 due to violence. Horror films interest young adults as they find the plots interesting, they like feeling the suspense and mystery. Males are interested in horrors s due to the action as they like to see something that gets their heart beating, and females are usually attracted to thrillers because they like to watch something that plays their heads, wondering what will happen next.
My target audience will be, both female and males ages ranging from anything above the age of 15, Horrors/Thrillers are suitable for all groups of the JICNAR scale most importantly group E being students.
Questions I will ask my target audience:
- Which pitch do you prefer and why?
- Can you see it being an actual movie you would pay to see in the cinema?
- In thrillers/horrors what do you expect to see?
- Would you included anything else in the trailer
- What category of horror films do you like the most and why?
